Using bodyweight for strength, gentle yoga movements and foam rolling for flexibility and recovery, and a weekly nutrition class to get your insides on board with muscle building; this program covers it all. You do not need to know anything to begin this program, it is all laid out step-by-step. PLUS there is an interactive discussion section within the classes where you can reach out to Jeremiah for real-time guidance and support.
